CRAXIUM takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what data is collected on www.craxium.com, why, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. This English translation is provided for convenience; only the French version is legally binding.

Data we collect
Contact form: name, email address, subject and content of your message. Please do not send health data or other sensitive data through this form.
Technical data: when you submit the form, your IP address is used for no more than 10 minutes, without being permanently stored, to prevent abusive submissions. Our hosting provider also keeps technical connection logs for security purposes.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and CRAXIUM’s legitimate interest in responding to the enquiries it receives.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing spam: legitimate interest.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended solely for CRAXIUM. It is processed on our behalf by the following providers:
- o2switch (France): website hosting;
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States): delivery of messages sent through the form;
- Google (Google Workspace): business email service on which these messages are received.
Resend and Google participate in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Transfers of data to the United States are also covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention periods
- Messages and contact details: 3 years from our last exchange. If a collaboration begins, data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable legal periods.
- IP address used to limit submissions: 10 minutes at most.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising, social media or audience measurement cookies, which is why no consent banner is displayed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@craxium.com: we will reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Communications with the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the messages received is restricted to authorised CRAXIUM staff.
