What I do

Study design, statistical analysis plans, sample size calculation and complex models (longitudinal data, survival analysis, causal inference, mixed models). Robust, reproducible and publishable results.
Data structuring, quality control rules, traceability and documentation. Secure, GDPR-compliant databases and data collection platforms.
Generative AI and language models, computer vision: proofs of concept and demonstrators to validate an idea quickly, then development, evaluation and deployment.
Scoping, roadmap, coordination between business, clinical and technical teams, risk management and handover.

Founder, Data & AI consultant
A statistician by training (MSc in statistical engineering, Grenoble), I started my career in 2010 in an INSERM research team in Grenoble. I then worked for fifteen years with OutcomeRea, an international network of intensive care physicians dedicated to research, and I currently contribute, as an external member, to projects of the INSERM IAME research unit in Paris.
In 2015, I co-founded ICUREsearch, a data, biostatistics and AI consulting company that I chair, where I led a team of four to eight people.
With Craxium, I offer this expertise directly to research teams and industrial companies, in healthcare and beyond.
